Members of the Mye-InfoBank Working Groups (WG) gathered together in Innsbruck, nestled in the heart of the Austrian Alps, to discuss publication plans and explore ideas for future post-COST Action collaboration. Hosted by Francesca Finotello, the first day of work unfolded at nearly 2,000 meters above sea level, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, lush green meadows, and grazing sheep. Through a series of presentations, group activities, and discussions, the teams developed a comprehensive roadmap for publishing the COST Action's single-cell atlas studies, drawing on the expertise and synergy within the Mye-InfoBank community. On the second day, participants gathered together on campus at the University of Innsbruck and engaged in intense discussions and strategic planning for upcoming collaborative projects. This dialogue was instrumental in laying the groundwork for a doctoral network aimed at training the next generation of scientists at the intersection of bioinformatics and immunology.
