Purpose: We are thrilled to share exciting news regarding the upcoming Multiplexed Imaging Training School (TS), which is shaping up to be an enriching experience! The TS will take place both in-person in Leuven, Belgium, and will offer an online participation option. We have organized the programme to offer a dynamic combination of cutting-edge presentations by field experts, concrete illustrative examples, interactive troubleshooting sessions, as well as collaborative exchanges aimed at shaping the future activities of Mye-InfoBank. Here are two distinct features of our programme that we would like to highlight:

  1. We have allocated dedicated “open slots” to address your questions and help you troubleshoot some specific issues. We encourage COST members to make the most of this opportunity to engage actively with the community. Whether you have questions about image analysis, challenges in your research, or related topics, this space is at your disposal. Students, in particular, are encouraged to contribute. Feel free to send us your topic title, and we will be happy to include you in the programme.
  2. To foster collaboration and integration, we have set aside a morning session to facilitate interactions between WG 1, WG 2, and WG 3 with the multiplexing labs. This is a great opportunity to openly discuss potential TS deliverables, present the 3 x 6 cell type = 18 marker approach, and explore avenues for knowledge sharing, protocol exchange, joint troubleshooting, lab collaborations, and multi-lab strategy tissue analysis. Your input and participation will significantly enrich these discussions.

We genuinely hope that you share our enthusiasm for this unique opportunity. Whether you join us in Leuven or choose to participate online, your presence will contribute to the success of this event. Looking forward to your active engagement and fruitful discussions.
