Budva CELLxGENE Workshop

The COST Action Mye-InfoBank preceded their annual meeting in Budva, Montenegro with an intense one-day CELLxGENE workshop where participants found out more about working on single-cell atlases, headed by Florent Petitprez, Markus List, Francesca Finotello, Yasin Kaymaz, Nico Trummer and Alexander Dietrich. SIMBA was there too, working and enjoying the scenery.
During the workshop, participants learnt a bit more on single-cell RNA-seq, its promises and limitations, how it can be analysed and how to explore it using user-friendly tools, leafing to rigorous interdisciplinary discussion.
